Terms and Conditions of Use playdash55 — Read Before You Play

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on playdash55 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• FPX — online banking for all major Malaysian banks
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• Standard Bank Transfer (processing time: 1–3 business days)

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your playdash55 account. Transfers to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as displayed in the "Withdrawal" section of the platform at any given time.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Playdash55 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus offer is subject to the specific conditions stated in the relevant promotional terms. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

6 Game Rules

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.

• Any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Playdash55 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms within this document.
• Recommendation from a law enforcement agency.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Account closure request by the member themselves.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the playdash55 support team. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

9 Liability Limits

Playdash55 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted service, playdash55 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors at all times.

Playdash55 is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by the bank or third-party payment provider.
• Losses resulting from hardware or software failure on the user's end.
• Losses due to internet disruption or an unstable connection during a gaming session.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

The maximum liability of playdash55 in any claim shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the incident in question.
